About That Food Truck Ltd

That Food Truck Ltd is a roadside street food kitchen trading from a layby on London Road in Adlington, Cheshire, just outside Macclesfield. This site is the truck's home on the web — a place to see today's menu, find where we're pitched, read how we source our meat, and book us for an event.

We built this app for our regulars and for people passing through. Commuters grab a breakfast butty on the way into work; walkers and weekend crowds stop for a proper feed; and anyone organising a wedding, corporate breakfast, birthday or community event in Cheshire can use the events page to bring the galley to them. The menu reflects what's actually on the griddle, the location page shows where to find us, and the local sourcing page sets out where our meat comes from.

That Food Truck Ltd is an independent, locally owned business. Our dry-cured back bacon and hand-cased sausages come from Heathcote's Butchers in Bollington, a family butcher a few miles across the fields from our pitch. Everything is cooked fresh to order on butter-toasted brioche — nothing is pre-wrapped, and nothing sits in a hot-hold. Card and cash are both welcome, and the menu is priced honestly.
